Here are some great ideas of buildings that could last through the climatic changes going on Earth now and in the future:
This is the Seascraper, a community of homes, offices, and recreational space that was designed with the intention of slowing urban sprawl. This “city” will be powered by underwater turbines and solar energy and will also keep marine populations afloat, with a buoyant reef and a source of food for the fishes and other living creatures.
This is the Floating Recycling Center. This will attract plastic instead of marine life in an effort to reduce the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, also known as the Eastern Pacific Garbage Patch.
This is the Waterscraper. It is envisioned as a tubelike underwater residence and lab—all designed to withstand crushing water pressures.
